We'll take care of the small stuff that shouldn't turn into an afternoon-long Google search.
Quick Fix — $25
Give your Mac a little preventive care.
We'll clean things up, organize what matters, reclaim storage, and check for things that may be slowing your Mac down.
Tune-Up & Clean-Up — $95
From the box to ready-to-use.
Just bought a new Mac? We'll get it updated, connected, configured, and ready to use.
Need help getting things personalized? We'll walk you through the settings and options that actually matter.
Moving to a new Mac?
You don't have to start over.
We'll help move your important files, accounts, settings, and other information from your old Mac to your new one.
The goal is simple: turn on the new Mac and feel like you're home.
Sometimes your Mac just needs a little more life.
Some Macs can still benefit from
a hardware upgrade.
Where the machine allows it, we can install compatible RAM or SSD upgrades and help you get a few more useful years out of your Mac.
We'll identify exactly what your Mac can accept before you buy anything.
Parts billed separately from installation.
You don't always need someone to do it for you.
Sometimes you just need somebody
to show you how.
We'll walk through the things you actually want to learn—whether that's organizing files, managing photos, understanding iCloud, getting comfortable with your Mac, or simply learning a few routines that make everyday life easier.
Focused help session — $50
Start with Apple Triage.
You don't have to know what's wrong before you call us.
Tell us what's happening. Send a photo or screenshot if you can.
We'll help figure out what's going on and whether Mac First Aid is
the right place to deal with it.
Apple Triage is free.
If we can help, we'll explain what we recommend before any paid work begins.
Knowing our limits is part of good service.
Mac First Aid focuses on practical Mac help, troubleshooting, setup, maintenance, and upgrades.
If important data has been lost or a drive has failed, we'll recommend an appropriate specialist rather than make promises we can't keep.
We don't repair logic boards, ports, internal power supplies, backlights, or other microscopic electronics.
We don't replace damaged displays or perform glued-together MacBook surgery.
We're not trying to fix everything.
We know what we do well—and we're happy to tell you when something is outside our lane.
