Apple Triage is free.  Just three steps!  Here's what to do:

1) Use one of the ways below to contact us.

2) You don't need to know the technical details. 

3) Just tell us what's happening in plain English. Do your best to describe it, but we can piece it together.

4) If you can send a couple of photos or a screenshot, even better.

We'll help figure out whether it's something Mac First Aid can take care of and what your options are.
